Month-to-month or annual — cancel anytime.
FoodMenuChat is billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and there are no commitments beyond the period you’ve paid for. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew.

14-day refund window (Paddle)
Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Refunds are handled by Paddle.
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the date of a one-off purchase, or within fourteen (14) days from the date a subscription was last renewed. Refunds are provided at Paddle’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be refused.

After 14 days
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be processed. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
