This page lists the third-party service providers (“Sub-processors”) that ConnectoDigital LLC uses to help deliver and support FoodMenuChat. We use Sub-processors for core infrastructure, security, support communications, and subscription billing.

For each Sub-processor, we describe:
• What they do (purpose)
• What data they may process (data categories)
• Where they operate from (location/region, if applicable)

Current Sub-processors
Subscription Billing / Payment Processing (FoodMenuChat subscription fees only)
• Sub-processor: Paddle (subscription billing provider)
• Purpose: Process payments for FoodMenuChat subscriptions, manage invoicing/receipts, handle tax/VAT where applicable
• Data categories: Restaurant admin/business contact details; billing metadata; transaction details (billing information handled by Paddle)
• Notes: FoodMenuChat does not process payments for restaurant food orders between restaurants and their customers.
Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure
• Sub-processor: Cloudways
• Purpose: Host application infrastructure (servers), databases and/or related storage (as configured), and operational management tooling
• Data categories: Restaurant account data; menu content; order data (as configured by restaurants); technical logs
Content Delivery / DDoS Protection / Web Application Firewall (CDN/WAF)
• Sub-processor: Cloudflare
• Purpose: Performance, caching, DNS, and protection against malicious traffic
• Data categories: IP address; device/browser data; request metadata; limited cached content as applicable
Email Routing and Email Delivery (Service emails and support responses)
• Sub-processors: Cloudflare (email routing, if enabled) and Google (email services)
• Purpose: Route and deliver account, operational, and support emails
• Data categories: Email address; message content; delivery metadata (timestamps, IP/device where available)
Customer Support (No ticketing platform)
• Sub-processor: None (support handled via email only)
• Purpose: Customer support communications
• Data categories: Contact details and message content submitted by the requester (via email)

Logging / Monitoring / Error Tracking
• Sub-processors: Cloudflare (security/performance logs) and Cloudways (server-level logs/tools, as applicable)
• Purpose: Reliability monitoring, debugging, incident response, and security auditing
• Data categories: Technical logs; IP address; device/browser identifiers; request/event metadata (as applicable)
Analytics (Product usage measurement)
• Sub-processor: Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Purpose: Understand product usage in aggregate and improve the Service
• Data categories: Event/usage data; device/browser data; IP address (or truncated/derived equivalents, depending on configuration)
Important notes about WhatsApp/SMS
FoodMenuChat can open a starter message in a customer’s WhatsApp or SMS app, but WhatsApp, carriers, and messaging platforms are third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Message delivery, latency, or blocking is controlled by those third parties and device settings, not by us.
